• Privacy feature keeps conversations confidential. Keep your private conversations private! While on a call, simply press the "privacy" button to secure the line so no one else can listen to the conversation. Once you put the call on hold, only you will be able to pick it up again. Applies only to 25403/25404 phones.
• Four phone lines — perfect for expanding businesses. Make sure your callers get through! Multiline system allows up to four phone lines (each with its own distinct ring and line-in-use indicator) so callers can always reach you. Perfect for growing companies experiencing high call volume.
• Speakerphone for quick, hands-free dialing. No need to pick up the handset! Just use the keypad on the speakerphone base to make your calls. If you decide to pick up the handset during the call, speakerphone is automatically turned off and call is transferred to the handset. Headset compatible for added freedom of movement.

• Connect communication devices to phone with data port. Use the data port located on the phone to hook up a fax, modem, answering machine -- even a cordless phone! Line selector switch assigns one of the four phone lines to the externally connected device.
• Battery backup capability for uninterrupted service. Battery backup uses three AA-size alkaline batteries (not included) in case of power failure. Phone lines and AC power cord are also included.
